Everything is Energy…

Do you know you can regulate your life by bringing attention to your body’s energy centre?

The body’s energy centre is the complex interactions of different sorts of energy systems which influence every aspect of our life even on the most subtle level, it is also known as the chakra system.

Chakras can be defined as swirling wheels of life energy that open like a flower. You might be surprised to learn, like I was, that there are 114 chakras within our body!

There are 7 main chakras aligned along the body’s main energy channel which runs parallel to the spine.

Each chakra has their own function in maintaining physical, spiritual and emotional wellbeing. Like rivers, chakras can become blocked, drained, empty, full or nourished; this is why it is important to be aware of any imbalances so that we may regulate and enhance the chakras to promote wellbeing. This can be achieved by cleansing, balancing and aligning the chakras through exercises, meditation, gemstones, relaxation and many other activities.

Each of the 7 main chakras are associated with a single colour of the rainbow:

Root - Red ❤️

Sacral - Orange 🧡

Solar Plexus - Yellow 💛

Heart - Green 💚

Throat - Light Blue 🩵

Brow/Forehead (aka Third Eye) - Deep Blue 💙

Crown - Purple 💜

The chakra system, along with affirmations and crystals of the same colour can be used together to create a simple healing practice. This is one of the reasons why I created the Talmar Chakra Rainbow Pendant Necklace, so that you can easily tap into your energies and promote spiritual wellbeing.
