Shipping policy

1.1 We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries.

1.2 We aim to have orders dispatched within 3 working days unless item is a 'Bespoke' piece whereby the dispatch time will differ.

1.3 All deliveries are tracked and must therefore be signed for.

1.4 UK public holidays will affect the expected delivery date.

1.5 For UK Premium Delivery £14.99 Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched on a priority basis with the aim of reaching you Next working day from the date of dispatch.

1.6 Please ensure you are available at the delivery address to accept the order as a signature will be required.

1.7 Although Kisani Menzi will endeavour to ensure you receive your order within these time frames we cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels which are delayed by Third Parties.
